Carrot Cake/Cream Cheese Icing

Cream butter, sugar and cinnamon. Beat in eggs 1 at a time, Fold in the grated carrot. Mix flour, b powder and salt. Mix 1/2 of the flour into the butter mixture, then add 1/2 the water, mix well. Mix in the remaining flour and water. Fold in the pineapple.

Grease 9 x 13 pan and dust with flour.

Bake 35 min @ 375 oven.

Cool 10 minutes then remove from the pan.

Icing: Cream together the butter and cream cheese until smooth. Whip in the icing sugar and pineapple juice. (enough icing to make into layer cake if desired.)
